Relay-For-Life Smooch Camp Fundraiser

Hello my friends!

I need your help to make this fundraiser a success! This is my Annual Relay For Life stamp camp! This year we will be trying to break our amount raised from last year!  I was able to donate almost $500 last year! I would like to reach $550! With your help, I know I can do that!

The stamp camp will include the adorable stamp set called, "Bright Blossoms" . .For those of you in my Scrapbook Class, you will recall this set was the  focus in my project this month! In addition, we will make 4 fantastic projects with this set! ALL OF THE PROCEEDS from the stamp sets for the camp, the raffle table and all orders placed the day of the camp, will be donated to the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life. Come join me and my upline, Patty, in our efforts to raise money for this worthwhile cause!

When: Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Where: Danielson Elks Lodge, Center Street, Danielson, CT 06239

Hope you're all having a great day. Today I want to share a card that I CASE'd, but of course, made my own. It's using the NEW Catalog Sneak Peek of the Summer Smooches Collection. And I must say that I can't get enough of these products!!! They have got to be some of my all-time favorites, so far!

I stamped the little flowers and vase images from the Bright Blossoms stamp set, cut them out and adheared them with 3-D Dimensionals to make them pop....sooo cute!!

The release of a new Stampin’ Up! Catalog is always an exciting time for stampers. This year, I’m thrilled to announce that we get the new catalog a month early! Of course, whenever we get a new catalog, we have to say goodbye to the old one, so stay tuned to my newsletter to watch for lists of retiring stamps and accessories. The Occasions Mini catalog will end this month and the current Idea Book & Catalog will retire at the end of May instead of the end of June! April Scrapbook Class

 

Join me for a night filled with scrapbooking and fun! We'll be creating the layout (2 - 12x12 Scrapbook pages) shown above and close-ups below.

Very Busy...

Hey Stampin' Friends!

Just a quick post to let you know that I've not gone missing -- I've just been super busy with family stuff, work, and tomorrow I get all 4 wisdom teeth out....guhhh!! What do you think?? The flower was heat embossed with white embossing powder. I really like the look of it on the Blushing Bride cardstock...so pretty! And I must say that the Wisteria Wonder In-Color has got to be one of my all-time favorites lately!

Simple Boy Birthday Card

Hi Stampers!
If you know me, I'm all about simplicity. :) So having to make a boy birthday card was a must for my cousin's son, Devyn. And this is the creation I came up with:

Wouldn't this card look cute for a girl, too?! How about using some Melon Mambo, Wisteria Wonder, and So Saffron? Hmmm....I might just have to use those colors. I'll definitely lety you know what I come up with! :)
