SPCC #37

Today I have two posts...here is the first of one. :) It's another SPCC challenge!

Like I've said in my last post, I've been seeing some super creative Punch Art lately...so I just had to put my Ornament Punch, as well as a few others, to good use for this next card. 

Here is my card creation:

Supplies Needed:
All supplies are Stampin' Up unless otherwise stated!
Paper: Brilliant Blue, Night of Navy, So Saffron, Rose Red, Welcome Neighbors DSP
Markers: Basic Black
Tools: Decorative Punch, Small Heart Punch, Scallop Trim Border Punch, Scallop Circle Punch
