ALL OF THE PROCEEDS from the stamp sets for the camp, the raffle table and all orders placed the day of the camp, will be donated to the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life. Come join me and my upline, Patty, in our efforts to raise money for this worthwhile cause!

Where: Danielson Elks Lodge, Center Street, Danielson, CT 06239

I apologize for the short notice of this camp - but I really need you to RSVP by April 30th if you are coming. Payment can be made up until May 15th but I HAVE to place the order for product before April 30th .... as that is when this stamp set will go away!!! Get it NOW! Update at the Sajkowicz House...

Hello All!
Hope you're all doing well out there! Just wanted to update all of you...

First off, I'd like to apologize for my lack blogging and crafting lately. June and July are my busy months here at the Sajkowicz house and crafty playtime is far and few. This weekend (June 25 & 26) we have our Relay-for-Life Cancer Event which takes place every year, and it put on by the American Cancer Society. My mom and I have started our own team about 8 years ago named Erin's Everlasting Butterflies, in memory of my older sister who passed away from cancer almost 12 years ago. We have been super busy fundraising and getting things together for our team. The link above will explain more! :)

Next, my hubby, son and I have planned on our first family vacation and camping trip next month, as well. We'll be heading to New Hampshire on July 10th for a week with some family and friends and we couldn't be more excited! We've been getting things ready for this too...cleaning out the camper, making plans, etc.

And like all of you, everyday life has caught up with me! lol I've been working two jobs and I'm extremely busy with them, too! Along with raising Tayton (who is now almost 7 months old -- where has the time gone?!) and trying to enjoy every little bit of time with him! Oh and did I mention that I am a Stampin' Up! demo!? Yeah...that business takes up some, too! lol

Phew!!! I'm sorry if I babbled on about nothing to you all, but I just wanted to let you know where I stand. I will indeed keep posting our weekly challenges at PPC for all of you to take part in, and if time permits, I will DEF get crafty, too!

And if I don't get to blog as often as I'd like, plea take care and have a safe and very fun summer!!! :)

Thanks again and chat soon!

My 2010 = New Goals, Fresh Beginings & Lots of Changes

Wow...I can't believe 2010 is here already and I welcome it with my first post of the decade! :) I hope you all had a great New Year's...I sure did, but it was definitely uneventful. I worked at the restaurant till 10:30ish and came home to a hubby fast asleep and still got no 'New Years Kiss'...lol Oh well...maybe next year! Ha!

Anyway, I've been thinking a lot in these past couple of weeks about the changes, new beginnings and goals or maybe resolutions of some sort, that I want to set and accomplish this year...not only creatively but through my personal/family life, as well. So this is what I came up with:

Creatively:
  1. Re-organize My Creative Studio: I feel like I can't enjoy my creative time in a place that is far beyond trashed! lol I've been in the process of throwing out scraps, reorganzing all my stamps, and putting things back in order. Hopefully soon enough I'll have my space back!
  2. More Blogging, Candy & Giveaways: I know I started doing well with my blogging the last couple months, but I do want to blog more this coming year! I also plan on having more candy, giveaways, product spotlights, tutorials, and of course some good changes here at PPC.
  3. Expand my Stampin' Up Business: I really do LOVE being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and would love to have more customers to share my ideas and love of stamping with! I will have more of my own monthly specials, classes and clubs this year, as well! Please spread the word!
  4. Photograph my Frst Wedding: I have scheduled my first wedding that I will be photographing!! It is my sister's best friend, Liz and Kyle's wedding on July 17th...I couldn't be more excited...and nervous at the same time! :)
  5. Scrapbook More: I plan on scrapping my Wedding, Honeymoon, & Bachlorette pictures this year!...and I can't wait to start!
  6. Participate in my first Craft Fair: It has always been a goal of mine, and this year I hope to take it on full force. My mom and aunt used to take part in the town Craft Fair, so I will be looking to them for help with this. :) :)
  7. 2010 Goal Scrapbook: I will also be scrapping each of my 2010 Goals that I accomplish this year. :)
  8. Add to my PPC Resume: In otherwords, I would LOVE to be on a Design Team to a challenge blog or maybe even a company! (hint hint ;) ) I am working hard on adding to my design resume...if you'd like to feature me! ;)

 Personally/Family:
  1. Go to the gym and eat healthy.
  2. Pay off my credit card debt.
  3. Raise $200 for Relay for Life and Erin's Everlasting Butterflies Team...I will NEED you, my follwers help with this, too!
  4. Start building our dream house. :)
  5. Breed Meisha, my dog.
  6. Become more organized!
  7. Reconnect with family and friends, near and far! :)
As you can tell, there is so much I want to doooo...I better get going on it! I hope to put together a 2010 Goal Scrapbook soon too, that way I can keep track of all my accomplishments! (Like #7 in my Creatively list! hehehe)

So anyway, its Friday and I am super happy about that! I have the evening off from work so I plan on blogging and getting crafty! Have a great day!!!

Happy Friday All!

Wowzers!!!

I can't believe that it's been over a week since I last blogged! I hope all of you out there had a great Christmas with friends and family, as I sure did...but I am glad that its over. :) My wonderful hubby got me some awesome gifts and it was definitely great to finally spend Christmas as a married couple! Here's a pic of us on Christmas Eve in front of our 'first' Christmas tree! Heee!

Today also marks 10 years of the passing of my wonderful, loving older sister, Erin, to cancer. I miss her more and more each day...she's definitely my angel! :( She is the reason we Relay and put our time in for the Erin. B. Lugauskas Memorial Scholarship and Halloween Dance! Here she on the right with her best friend, Sherin...

I do have a few pictures to post  some time later today of the Christmas cards I made for friends and family this year...stay tuned!

Stampin' Up!

Morning all! Some exciting news...I've finally become a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator...yayy! :) I am in the process of creating my very own Demonstrator Business Website. With my own site, you'll be able to order online 24/7, be in-the-know with new products, upcoming workshops, etc., keep in contact with me, and much more, of course! I am sooo excited to be a new demonstrator...I'll get to share my creativity and love for papercrafts with you!

I am gonna be one busy bee...my 2 jobs, a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, and you can't forget about planning my wedding...thats a job in itself, and the Relay-4-Life fundraising, too! :) Less then 200 days now till my wedding! By the way, I'll get to try my dress on this Sunday, March 1st, as well as pick out the perfect dress for my beautiful bridesmaids...fun fun! Here is a pic of my dress...did I mention that I got the last one in my size and color (iced cappacino) from the Alfred Angelo warehouse?!?! If that's NOT meant-to-be, I don't know what is! lol (And don't worry...Tim won't be on here to see this dress! hehehe :))

No new cards to post today, although, I've taken a bunch of pics of the ones I have created, and just need to upload them...definitely need to find the time to do that. teehehehe

As for the Relay-4-Life fundraising for Erin's Everlasting Butterflies team (which may I add, we have 30+ team members...how awesome!), I am in the process of creating some cute butterfly cards that I hope to sell at the relay, as well as anywhere in general, for $5, with all proceeds going towards this great cause! I will have pics up soon, I really, truly promise! And if you're interested in one or more, please let me know! :) An active team member and my cousin, Patricia is also putting together a Cut-A-Thon at Expressions Family Hair Salon in Plainfield...details will be up soon! She is also in charge of our Bottle & Can Drive. If you would like to donate to our team or join, click on the link above. Feel free to email me, as well!

Gotta get back to work...chat soon!
