I did it...I really did it!

What is it that I did?!?! I created my very own Picture Perfect Creations - Crafty Challenges Blog!!!!! :)

You remember my first challenge, right? Well, I've decided to create a challenge blog so that I can interact with more of you lovely crafters out there! :)

Two Challenges in One!

Happy Monday!
Aren't we allll soo excited that its the beginning of the week?! ha! I know I'm not! I hope you all had a great weekend, as did I. :) Today I have a two challenges in one...Curtain Call Color Challenge -- Act 18 AND Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #61. I just LOVE these colors (when don't I NOT like any combo of colors???)!! lol I first made a 2 page scrapbook layouts, but haven't gotten the pictures I want to put on it developed yet, so I decided to make a card, as well. I will show show you the layouts once I get those pics developed!  The sketch was a bit tricky for me too--I don't use ovals much, but when I did, I used my lovely Cricut. I also used a new uninked stamp, Bee Showers from Stampendous.

Scallop Circle Flower & a Happy Birthday Card

Happy Friday Everyone!
Sooo glad its the weekend...I feel like I live for them. Does anyone else? haha  Anyway, here's a super cute birthday card I made. Don't you just love the 3D flower?! It was so easy and very fun to make! I've seen it while I was blog surfing the other day, and I finally came across a tutorial on how to make it....but I can't find the link...so sorry! I know there are a few YouTube Videos on it, though.

Fast, Easy, & Simple Friendship Card

Hi Everyone!
Hope you're all having a great week so far...I can't believe it's Thursday already! Yayy for the weekend! Just wanted to share a fast, easy and very simple friendship card with you today. For some reason, I NEVER make cards with a black base so I'm very happy I used it on this one.  I just LOVE the basic colors, as well. Enjoy!

PPA-29 -- Simple Sketch Challenge

Happy Valentines Day!
I hope you're spending it with your loved ones today! I know I will be and I couldn't be MORE excited! The wonderful hubs and I are heading to brunch at Tamarack Lodge in the next town over--and we have never been there!  We have heard that they have excellent food, so we are both super excited about it! And then we may go to the movies to check out that new Valentine's Day movie.

Another Sketch Challenge -- Mercy's Tuesday's Sketch Challenge #60

I think I am totally addicted to these color and sketch challenges lately! They really do get my mojo going...and I just LOVE spending all this time in my Creative Studio (as I'm sure my hubby does too...it gets me out of his hair, he says!) hahaha!

I came across this next sketch at the blog: Lord Have Mercy! and I just had to try it! I also tried something new and experimented with a different and new-to-me card size.

Stamping 411 Challenge - Color Inspiration #110

Hi Y'all!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far! I know I am...except today was a VERY lazy day where I didn't do anything on my 'To-Do List' but that's ok, right? Everyone needs one of those once in a while.  I did get some crafting done though! :)
Here are a couple cards I made with Stamping 411 Challenge -- Color Inspiration #110.

I thought these colors were perfect for a mutual baby shower-type card. There are soo many babies in my family now, along with one coming in the near future (my cousin, Anna, in July) plus more I'm sure, along with my friends! :)

Curtain Call Color Challenge -- Act #16

So its a dreadfully snowy day here in good 'ol Connecticut (on top of it being my 26th birthday--eek!) and I am home and stamping my heart out! What more could a girl want to do on her birthday?! Besides spend it with her gorgeous hubby, who is out plowing... :( But anyway, the colors in this card where taken from a new challenge that I participated in -- Curtain Call Color Challenge -- Act #16...and as usual, it has my favorite 'kraft' color that I just can't get ENOUGH of! lol
